People say to “cut to 10% BF” while skinnyfat, but how do you even know what 10% looks like?
On the other hand, some recommend Recomping for a year or so.

Yeah that’s expected

Started cut at 210lbs and reduced calories by 500 below maintenance. Wasn't too bad, still making small PBs and hunger wasn't much of an issue to deal with.
Now I'm 191lbs, supposedly at 12%bf according to 3 site caliper reading. And I'm starting to feel like garbage. Very little drive or concentration and lifts have plateaued.

Anyway to get over this? I wanna cut down to 185lbs, take a couple pictures to show my progress and then lean bulk.

I couldn’t do it fully. I almost fainted. For cold showers I just forced myself to do it. I’m good at forcing myself to do a lot of things except for things that require intense physical or mental activity when I’m low energy. Cold showers are very simple to do you just need to be prepared to freeze for a minute

Then youll need one receptionist that also cleans all the equiptment i guess a fair pay is $18/hr for 24 hrs that’s almost $160k a year going to the employees.
If you charge $10/mo and have 100 members thats only $12,000 a year. Right? That’s way too low. Am i retarded?
